Track Your email using ReadNotify Tracking Service

in E-mail

ReadNotify is the most powerful and reliable email tracking service that exists today. ReadNotify tells you when email you sent gets read / re-opened / forwarded and so much more .

There are two ways you can send tracked emails:

  • Simply add:   .readnotify.com   to the end of your recipients email address (they won’t see this)
    or
  • Install ReadNotify ActiveTracker plugin to add the tracking for you.

ReadNotify will endeavour to provide the following in your tracking reports:

  1. Date and time opened
  2. Location of recipient (per their ISP city /town)
  3. Map of location (available on paid subscriptions)
  4. Recipients IP address
  5. Apparent email address of opening (if available)
  6. Referrer details (i.e. if accessed via web mail etc)
  7. URL clicks
  8. How long the email was read for
  9. How many times your email was opened
  10. If your email was forwarded, or opened on a different computer

There are lots of great features available to you – these include the following sending options:

  1. Certified email
  2. Ensured-Receipts and retractable emails
  3. Invisible tracking
  4. Self-Destructing emails
  5. Block printing
  6. Adobe Acrobat PDF Document Tracking
  7. Track MS Word or Excel documents

  2. Email ReadNotifications
  3. Legal Proof-of-Opening receipts
  4. Delivery Service Notifications (DSN’s)
  5. SMS alert on your cell-phone or pager
  6. Instant Messenger

You can look at Live Sample Receipt for more information.

You can sign up for no-obligation free trial which last for two weeks or 25 emails (whichever comes first).

The email sent from email address which was registered with ReadNotify will only be tracked.

If you want to subscribe for the service, you can select one of the three plan.
