This article will help you to find saved passwords of anyone who uses Mozilla Firefox on your pc to surf Internet.
When user uses Mozilla Firefox to surf Internet, he is often asked to save password which get stored in Mozilla Firefox. Let me illustrate here how to reveal password saved in Mozilla Firefox.
Here I am signing to my Gmail account by entering my username and password.
Mozilla Firefox will prompt me if I wanted Firefox to remember the password. If I choose “Remember”, the password gets stored in Mozilla Firefox for “neerajk” on google.com.
In order to view saved passwords click on Tools and select Options as shown here.
Options panel will pop up. You can see the button labeled as “Saved Passwords”, just Click on it.
Saved Password dialog box will open having tab “Show Password”, click to reveal them.
Now you can see the password for user “neerak” which is “password”.
This trick comes very handy when you have forgotten your password and want to get access quickly without waiting to reset the password; provided you have chosen the option “remember” when Firefox prompted for it.
