Ophcrack is a free Windows password cracker based on rainbow tables. It is a very efficient implementation of rainbow tables done by the inventors of the method. It comes with a Graphical User Interface and runs on multiple platforms.
Ophcrack is an open source (GPL licensed) program that cracks Windows passwords by using LM hashes through rainbow tables. The program includes the ability to import the hashes from a variety of formats, including dumping directly from the SAM files of Windows. It is claimed that these tables can crack 99.9% of alphanumeric passwords of up to 14 characters in usually a few minutes.

In order to find Windows XP password you need to download Ophcrack LIVECD and burn on a CD. After that boot from CD and you can see spash screen of Ophcrack, select the option of booting either in graphical or text mode and press ENTER.
When the system is loaded the crack program will start which will look for Windows XP partition.
You will see all active users on Windows XP and their logon password in few seconds.

As far as I know, Windows Password Recovery Tool 3.0 is safe and easy to use. An .ISO file included in windows passwords Recovery. So, you just need to free download windows passwords Recovery, which is available at many download sites like
