A lot of fake currency notes have come into market. Identifying fake currency is like playing odd one out and the end of the game ending with genuine currency.

According to government notification, the total amount of fake currency notes in circulation right now over Rs. 2,000 crores.

Department of Currency Management, Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has bought out Currency Note Posters which contains all the information about original notes. It has details of Rs 10, Rs 20, Rs 50, Rs 100, Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes.

Always look at all your notes carefully before taking it from the ATM or receiving it from another person.
